Dave and Emily Lewis
Emily graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU) in 1998 with a BS in Business Administration and Information Systems. David Graduated from CU in 1997 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. They married in June of 1998!
From 1998-99 Emily worked as a systems support analyst for McKesson HBOC and from 1996-99, David worked as an architect.
In the summer of 1999, they joined staff with Campus Crusade for Christ and were assigned to work in Malaga, Spain where they pioneered a new campus minsitry at the University of Malaga.
They arrived to Malaga in February of 2000 wher they served alongside a team of friends. In May of 2001, after living in Spain for 13 months, we handed off the minsitry to another team and a few nationals.
After returning to the US, they were assigned to their alma mater, CU, where they were on campus staff for 4.5 years. They saw many students come to Christ and many other students dedicate their lives to the Lord. it was a wonderful and fruitful time to see God work!
In September of 2005, David took the Financial Director position at the Great Plains regional office. He now serves the 50 interns and almost 225 staff in the region. The region is made up of six states: Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri.
In addition to the regional level work, they participate in missions and seminary assignments each summer to places like San Diego, Spain, Fort Collins and more.
They have three children: Jackson (6), Zachary (4) and Gracie (6mo). They are an incredibly blessed by each of them and thank God with all their hearts for them every day!
